WhatsApp Business API campaigns for opted-in leads

Collected leads from ads? Send WhatsApp updates the right way.

Quick Reminders helps businesses send approved WhatsApp Business API template messages on their behalf to customers who have given clear opt-in through Meta ads, landing pages, forms, bookings, or checkout flows.

Opt-in required Approved templates STOP opt-out support Consent record review

Normal WhatsApp is not built for high-volume lead follow-up.

When a business collects hundreds or thousands of numbers from ads and sends the same message manually from regular WhatsApp, recipients may block or report the number. Quick Reminders uses a permission-first WhatsApp Business API workflow instead.

Common problem

You have 2,000 ad leads, but manual WhatsApp sending can look like spam.

Large batches, copied messages, unclear consent, and no opt-out path can damage sender quality and create account risk.

1

We verify the lead source and consent language.

Before any campaign, we check whether the customer gave a phone number and agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from the business.

2

We send through WhatsApp Business API templates.

We help create clear template messages, send them through the API, manage replies, and process unsubscribe requests.

How Quick Reminders works

A simple workflow for businesses that already collect leads through ads, enquiry forms, bookings, events, or checkout pages.

01

Collect clear opt-in

Use a lead form, landing page, QR code, or checkout checkbox that says the user agrees to receive WhatsApp messages.

02

Share consented contacts

Upload only contacts who opted in. We do not accept scraped, purchased, rented, or random number lists.

03

Approve message templates

Templates are written to match the real purpose: marketing, utility, authentication, or support follow-up.

04

Send, track, and opt out

We send via API, monitor responses, and remove users who reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or request no further messages.

What we can send for your business

Quick Reminders is suitable for legitimate customer communication where the recipient expects the message.

  • Follow-ups for Meta ad leads who gave WhatsApp consent.
  • Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and rescheduling alerts.
  • Product enquiry follow-ups, brochures, quotes, and callback confirmations.
  • Payment reminders, renewal reminders, delivery updates, and service alerts.
  • Promotional campaigns only when allowed and only for opted-in users.

We are not a spam blasting tool.

Quick Reminders is for compliant WhatsApp communication. We do not help send messages to users who did not ask for them, and we do not support misleading, prohibited, or restricted content. Campaigns may be rejected if consent proof, message intent, business identity, or content category is unclear.

Recommended consent text for lead forms:

I agree to receive WhatsApp messages from [Business Name] about my enquiry, offers, reminders, and service updates. I can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

Built around WhatsApp policy expectations

Approval is never guaranteed, but this website and workflow are structured to show a clear business purpose, consent collection, customer support, privacy policy, and opt-out process.

A

Business identity is clear

Customers see who is contacting them and why. We do not impersonate another brand or hide the sender identity.

B

Opt-in proof is required

Each contact must have provided their phone number and permission to receive WhatsApp messages from the relevant business.

C

Opt-out is respected

Users can reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. We remove opted-out users from future WhatsApp campaigns unless they opt in again.

Request a campaign setup

Use this form on your website to collect business enquiries. Connect it to your backend, CRM, Google Form, or form provider before hosting.

  • Replace the form action with your real endpoint.
  • Keep your support email and business details updated.
  • Ask clients to provide proof of consent before campaign sending.

Submitting this form does not guarantee campaign approval or delivery. Campaigns are reviewed for consent, content, policy fit, and technical readiness.

Privacy Policy, Terms, and Acceptable Use

These sections help customers, business clients, and platform reviewers understand how Quick Reminders handles opt-in data and WhatsApp API campaigns.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 May 2026

Quick Reminders provides permission-based WhatsApp Business API campaign support for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through our website, campaign forms, client onboarding, and WhatsApp messaging workflows.

1. Information We Collect

  • Business client details such as business name, contact person, email address, phone number, website, and campaign requirements.
  • Recipient data shared by clients, such as name, WhatsApp number, message preference, consent source, consent timestamp, and opt-out status.
  • Campaign data such as template content, delivery records, replies, support requests, unsubscribe requests, and compliance notes.
  • Technical data such as form submissions, device/browser information, and basic analytics needed to secure and improve the website.

2. How We Use Information

  • To review whether a campaign is suitable for WhatsApp Business API sending.
  • To prepare, submit, manage, and send approved WhatsApp message templates on behalf of authorized business clients.
  • To maintain consent records, process opt-out requests, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with law and platform policies.
  • To contact business clients about onboarding, campaign status, billing, support, and service updates.

3. WhatsApp Consent and Opt-Out

We send WhatsApp messages only where the recipient has provided a phone number and opt-in permission to receive WhatsApp messages from the relevant business. Recipients can opt out by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or by contacting support. Opted-out users should not receive further non-essential WhatsApp messages unless they opt in again.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with WhatsApp Business Platform providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, operational vendors, legal authorities, or the relevant business client when necessary to provide the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or process requested communications.

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for campaign delivery, consent management, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and service records. Opt-out records may be retained to prevent future messages to users who withdrew consent.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

7. User Rights

Users and business clients may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, audit, fraud prevention, or opt-out enforcement purposes.

8. Contact

For privacy, consent, or opt-out support, contact: papercodetech@gmail.com
